*Customers enrolled on AC Protection plans will receive up to $2,000 in covered parts and labor per contract year.

**Only new customer successful enrollments with Constellation. For residential plans with a term 12 months or more. Customer will receive up to a $150 gift card to help cover the current retail electric provider's cancellation fee. After completing the switch to Constellation, the customer must send an email to MyETF@constellation.com and include a copy of their new Constellation bill, a copy of the last bill from their current retail electric provider showing a cancellation fee and a contact phone number and email address to send the gift card to. Gift card link will be sent within 2-3 weeks after Constellation receives the customer's documentation. Gift cards are issued by Virtual Incentives. 90-Day Guarantee Period. You may terminate this Contract without incurring an early termination fee during the 90 days following your enrollment date (the Guarantee Period) by notifying us in writing or by calling our customer care center at 1-855-465-1244. Upon your termination during the Guarantee Period we will return you to being supplied by the Utility at your next available meter read date, or if you are a customer in the Atlanta Gas Light area your service will continue with Constellation until you complete a switch to your selected marketer, and you will remain responsible for payment for any energy related costs and charges incurred under this Contract through such meter read or termination date. Not applicable in Texas.
